The Journal's analysis of New York's 3-month-old database is the first to determine the potential for errors and fraud in voting. It matched names, dates of birth and ZIP codes in the state's database of 11.7 million voter registration records against the same information in the Social Security Administration's "Death Master File." That database has 77 million records of deaths dating back to 1937.

The video shows ACORN employees who claim that they were told by ACORN to solicit votes for Democratic Senatorial Candidate Claire McCaskill. The McCaskill Campaign claims it has nothing to do with ACORN or its registration drive.

Half of citizens support stronger illegal immigration control...

A recent poll shows that 50% of those interviewed were "in favor of redoubling the police security in the [southern] border" and 51% wanted immigration from their neighbors to the south to diminish.

Remember that Mexico uses their military to enforce its southern border and has a record of abuse against illegal aliens.

As America prepares for Halloween, France is girding for a wave of attacks from Muslim youths—a reprise of the deadly French riots of last year.

A leaked French intelligence report warns that during the first week of November, a school holiday (Nov. 1 or All Saint’s Day), Muslim riots could convulse the country.

On Monday, Le Figaro, the leading center-right newspaper in the country, quoted a confidential report written by the Renseignements Généraux (RG), the French equivalent of the FBI. The 17-page RG report, dated 11 October, states that the root causes of last year’s riots are still in place. The authorities are especially concerned with All Saints Day when “many urban youths are left to their own and have more time to cause unrest.”

Not that France has been a peace since last year’s riots. In the past few weeks alone, several policemen were ambushed by youths who seemed intent on killing them. In response, the French Interior Ministry asked the police to keep a low profile and not to show themselves in the Muslim suburbs in order to avoid tension.

Since appeasement alone is not a strategy. French authorities are keeping a force of some 50,000 riot police in permanent stand-by.

In the first six months of this year there were 50,000 acts of urban violence by Muslims. On average 15 police officers, fire fighters or other public officials are attacked per day and 100 cars are set alight per night.

Gangs of immigrant vandals operate in a paramilitary fashion. A spokesman for the French police officers union, himself a policeman, has that France is in the midst of a “civil war.”

Interestingly, no public official said the union was exaggerating.

The rest of the cast were obviously having fun with the alternate view of their characters.

Austin Bay has a round up on the violence in Oaxaca, which includes this AP story:

Shop owners shuttered their businesses and demonstrators built up street barricades Saturday after President Vicente Fox ordered federal police to intervene in picturesque Oaxaca, torn by more than five months of protests and violence.

Fox, who leaves office Dec. 1, had refused repeated requests to use force in Oaxaca even as the city slid into chaos. But gun battles Friday that killed a U.S. journalist and at least two Mexicans apparently exhausted his patience.

Fox’s Interior Department issued an ominous statement late Saturday demanding protest leaders “immediately hand over streets, plazas, public buildings and private property” so that federal authorities can “guarantee public order and adherence to the law, as well as preserve respect for the population’s individual guarantees.”

This is just part of the problems that are causing Mexicans to flee to America.

...but this is not a surprise. I am referring to the comments made by Mexican President Fox about a proposed wall to keep his citizens from fleeing the failed economy of his country to the Land of the Big PX (i.e. The United States of America).
President Fox claims that,

"It is an embarrassment for the United States. It is proof, perhaps, that the United States does not see immigration as a subject that corresponds to both countries."

The embarrassment is that Mexico can not support it's own population. The official Mexican government policy is to support the illegal invasion of its own citizens to America. Why such a bizarre policy? It's simple. The single largest source of income into Mexican economy is its citizens in other countries (mainly America) sending money to their families in Mexico. It is the American economic engine that is keeping the Mexican government afloat.

What is even more embarrassing is that Fox had the flat out gall to compare the American wall to the Berlin Wall.
Obviously history is not his strong point. The Berlin Wall was built by the East Germans to keep their own citizens from fleeing the failing Communist government for the Freedom of West Germany. The Americans are building a wall to force Mexico to deal with its own problems. The United States of America welcomes legal immigrants. The Mexican government needs to change its own policy of encouraging its citizens to illegally flee Mexico and look for solutions inside their own borders. Another solution would be to have the guts to come to the government of the United States of America, hat in hand, and admit the Mexico has a serious problems and needs help.

Senator Ted Kennedy has committed an act of treason.

There’s a new book on Ronald Reagan making the rounds, The Crusader: Ronald Reagan and the Fall of Communism. Its author, Paul Kengor, unearthed a sensational document from the Soviet archives. That document is a memo regarding an offer made by Sen. Ted Kennedy of Massachusetts via former Senator John Tunney, both Democrats, to the General Secretary of the Communist Party, USSR, Yuri Andropov, in 1983. The offer was to help the Soviet leadership, military and civilian, conduct a PR campaign in the United States as President Ronald Reagan sought re-election. The goal of the PR campaign would be to cast President Reagan as a warmonger, the Soviets as willing to peacefully co-exist, and thereby turn the electorate away from Reagan. It was a plan to enlist Soviet help, and use the American press, in unseating an American president.

There is a reason I usually refer to the Democrats as the party of Treason.

I'd say "so what else is new" but on a certain level we could say that this is an old story.

If you ask us, it's a very simple matter. "Progressive" radio will inevitably have a tough time winning fans thanks to the popularity of NPR in left-liberal circles. Apparently, there are only so many tote bags you can own, only so many soporific radio personalities you can stomach.

As a result, if our lefty friends want to make another go of it on the FM dial, we suggest they do the following: Turn NPR into a fair-minded, balanced radio network, instead of a tax-payer-funded bone to rich liberals. Why do we doubt that they'll trouble themselves to do that?

Most of the original Lancet clusters reported no deaths at all, with the journal admitting, "two-thirds of all violent deaths were reported in one cluster in the city of Fallujah." Fallujah? Hello?

Fallujah at the time just happened to be a major concentration of pro-Saddam and anti-American sentiment, the home base for the homicide bombers and terrorist "resistance" before the U.S. Army and Marines cleared out that nest of thugs.

"They're almost certainly way too high," Anthony Cordesman of the Center for Strategic and International Studies said of the new numbers, noting the results were released just before another U.S. election. "This is not analysis, this is politics."

The author of the Lancet report freely admits that its release was timed to affect the elections, "out of concern for the humanitarian issues."
Translation: Lancet editor Richard Horton appears at an "antiwar" rally railing against the "lying" "axis of Anglo-American imperialists" who have created a "mountain of violence and torture" preferring "global death" and the "killing of children instead of building hospitals," all of which has "shattered the human family." Yeah, no political agenda there.

Molly was wearing a Che t-shirt. So in other words he idolised a guy who, as one of his first acts as head of the Cuban state secret police, built the Guanahacabibes forced labour camp. This was where he put enemies of the state - such as homosexuals (they’re now used for HIV and AIDS sufferers).

Che also introduced laws whereby anyone found guilty (or just accused) of “Crimes against revolutionary morals” could be sent to the camps. One way to violates the moral code was to listen to rock music.

Dealing with INTJs

I've taken Myers-Briggs tests in the past and most of the time I come up as an INTJ.
So here are rules for dealing with INTJ I found. They are pretty much on spot accurate.

1. Be willing to back up your statements with facts - or at least some pretty sound reasoning.
2. Don't expect them to respect you or your viewpoints just because you say so. INTJ respect must be earned.
3. Be willing to concede when you are wrong. The average INTJ respects the truth over being "right". Withdraw your erroneous comment and admit your mistake and they will see you as a very reasonable person. Stick to erroneous comments and they will think you are an irrational idiot and treat everything you say as being questionable.
4. Try not to be repetitive. It annoys them.
5. Do not feed them a line of bull.
6. Expect debate. INTJs like to tear ideas apart and prove their worthiness. They will even argue a point they don't actually support for the sake of argument.
7. Do not mistake the strength of your conviction with the strength of your argument. INTJs do not need to believe in a position to argue it or argue it well. Therefore, it will take more than fervor to sway them.
8. Do not be surprised at sarcasm.
9. Remember that INTJs believe in workable solutions. They are extremely open-minded to possibilities, but they will quickly discard any idea that is unfeasible. INTJ open-mindedness means that they are willing to have a go at an idea by trying to pull it apart. This horrifies people who expect oohs and ahhs and reverence. The ultimate INTJ insult to an idea is to ignore it, because that means it's not even interesting enough to deconstruct.

According to news reports tonight, two former club executives, Charles Rosen and Jeffrey Aulenbach, have been busted for allegedly misappropriating $1.2m in public funds, with the lion's share related to the Air America scam.

After all, Congressman William Jefferson, (DEMOCRAT-Louisiana) was videotaped by the FBI accepting a $100,000 bribe, $90,000 of which was later found in his freezer. He's still a member of Congress. No "rush to judgment" there.

And while we are demanding the utomost accountability for House GOP leadership, is it not fair to ask the same for Democrat leadership who knew that Rep. Patrick Kennedy (DEMOCRAT-RI) had a problem and yet did nothing to stop it? Kennedy could have KILLED a child while driving under the influence. Where's accountability for that?

Dick Morris summed it up quite some time ago:

"If you're going to be a sexual predator, be a Democrat."

Mark Foley has done a real good job of destroying his career, but it seems he has had more than a little help from the masters of personal destruction and negative attack politics, liberal democrats.

Mr. Reynolds links to RadarOnline, which notes the blog that first published the "story" about Mark Foley, is a fake. A fake swollowed hook, line and sinker by ABC "so-called" News.
Even Wonkette spotted it for a fake!

Of course, the usual suspects over at KailyKos are probably in this up to their eyebrows.

Whoever promoted the story on DailyKos did so only 12 minutes after the fateful post went live at 11:06 a.m.

Yahoo News asks a very Important Question:

Scandal: Right after Mark Foley was revealed to have had inappropriate e-mail conversations with a 16-year-old page, he resigned and checked into rehab. Now, what did Democrats know, and when did they know it?

Yes, you read that right: the Democrats.

The article goes straight on to the heart of the matter:

Democrats have begun losing their once-significant lead in the polls, and a mere five weeks remain until the midterm elections. Is this scandal the Democrats' own "October Surprise," meant to throw the GOP into a tailspin shortly before the vote?

Recent polls show Democrats aren't doing very well on several key issues. What better way than a good, old-fashioned sex scandal to get people's minds off such things as the importance of winning the war in Iraq, our ongoing vulnerability to terrorist attack and the necessity of keeping the Bush economic boom going?

Despite this, the immediate take by Democrats and much of the mainstream media was that this was a classic example of Republican hypocrisy -- talking "morals" and "values" while all the time shielding a child predator. But it was nothing of the kind.

If anything, the episode reveals the Democrats' hypocrisy about their own behavior. The fact that Foley resigned virtually within minutes of being told that ABC News had copies of his salacious e-mails and text messages indicates he at least felt shame for his actions. Can the same be said for Democrats?

Sadly, it doesn't seem so. How else can you explain the following?

In 1983, then-Democratic Rep. Gerry Studds of Massachusetts was caught in a similar situation. In his case, Studds had sex with a male teenage page -- something Foley hasn't been charged with.

Did Studds express contrition? Resign? Quite the contrary. He rejected Congress' censure of him and continued to represent his district until his retirement in 1996.

We have a lot more questions about this whole affair. The timing of the revelations, as we noted, couldn't be more propitious for the Democrats. Turns out both the Democrats and several newspapers seem to have known about Foley's problem as far back as November, according to research by several enterprising blogs.

Why didn't they come forward then? Who dredged up these e-mails -- and why did they hold them until now? This reeks of political trickery.

We're glad Foley's gone. He betrayed Congress, his party and the trust of the 33 pages who serve in Congress, and their parents. He behaved immorally, and we won't be surprised at new revelations.

That said, if this scandal is the Democrats' answer to their problems at the polls, it's pretty pathetic. It shows a base contempt for the voters.

Republican Congressman Mark Foley is deep trouble. With what is on the table, he is facing serious criminal charges.

Too bad he's a Republican. Members of his party will have little or no sympathy and call for a criminal investigation.

I'm reminded of the case of democratic former congressman Mel Reynolds. Mr. Reynolds had a number of crimes that led to his removal from congress and into jail, including a five year prison term for having sex with a underage female campaign volunteer. Let's be honest here, he only got nailed for nailing the 16 year old girl because he was also had 15 convictions of wire fraud, bank fraud & lies to the Federal Election Commission.

How did the democrats respond to this?

Democrat Mel Reynolds was among the 176 criminals excused in President Clinton's last-minute forgiveness spree.

Former democrat presidental wannabe Jessie Jackson gave him a job on the Rainbow/PUSH Coalition's payroll.

The job the "Rev." Jackson gave the liberal democrat sexual predator? Youth counselor.

Don't forget that the "Rev." Jackson was paying his mistress hush and child support money (a 6 figure sum) out funds collected by his so-called "non-profit" organization.

Update: Let us remember the 1983 case of Massachusetts democrat congressman Gary Studds. He was caught actually having sex with a 17 year old male page.
He refused to apologize, stood firm that 17 was above the age of consent was was re-elected multiple times by the liberal majority in his district.
Democrats were in charge of both houses of congress then. The democrat controlled House Ethics Committee decided to simply reprimand Studds.
